WHO WE ARE

We are McCann Demand, part of McCann Worldgroup, a global agency network that delivers culture-shaping work for some of the world’s biggest brands. In 2017, we were named Network of the Year at the EPICAs and the International ANDY awards. We also won the most top awards at the Cannes Lions, including what is one of only two campaigns ever to win four Grands Prix.

We’re a team of passionate creatives, strategists and engineers from a wide mix of backgrounds. But there’s a lot that unites us – like caring deeply about everything we make. And though our skillsets are wide and our process knowledge is deep, we are all still learning every day.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Right now, we are looking for a Mid-weight creative team, based in our London office. You will be working across the whole client portfolio.

You may have heard, we work fast and hard here. (Don’t worry – we have a lot of fun too.) It’s an energetic environment, where you’ll need a cool head and a sharp eye.

We are looking for idea-first thinkers. Able to apply that thinking across all media, including TV, OOH, press, print, digital and PR. Working closely with our strategy team to create stand-out creative work.

Not only do we want exemplary thinkers, we also love an eye for detail. We want a team who love the craft of creativity. In copywriting, art direction and design.

We get it. You love working with each other, which is why you are a team. However, as we are very collaborative agency you might have to work as individuals when required. Collaboration also means that we need a team who are happy to present their ideas, both internally and to clients.

The world is your oyster. You will be joining a formative creative department, so the opportunity will allow you to grow and be rewarded accordingly. You will also get the opportunity to work as some of our network’s offices both in the UK and across the world.
