UM Media, the media buying arm of McCann Birmingham is “searching” for a Paid Search Account Director to join its growing Digital Media Team.

The successful applicants must be professional, passionate, enthusiastic, full of fun and ready to lead Paid Search accounts, supporting some of the best practitioners in the business.

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious, organised professionals who are up-to-date with all things PPC and ready to take the next step in their careers. McCann and UM have a track record of making the very best, better. Our management are tasked to support and improve, something they all take very seriously.

You should have the following to offer:

  • 5 years plus agency (or in-house) experience
  • Key account handling experience
  • Planning and strategic leadership knowledge
  • An analytical brain and a data driven point of view
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Leading regular PPC pitch and or proposal delivery
  • Be fully engine qualified
  • Have a knowledge of media integration, digital or otherwise
  • Managing client relationships, key and/or stakeholders, internal and external
  • Superb attention to detail

 

Add to that:

  • Experience working with Google Analytics and bid management tools
  • Experience managing ecommerce accounts
  • A proactive and positive “can do” attitude, flexible and self-driven
