We’re looking for a PR & Social Media Account Director with a passion for new business, a hunger to grow, and great track record behind them.

 

Reporting to our Managing Partner and working with our new business team, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing new business opportunities, helping to grow and develop the team and shape our client portfolio.

 

Very rarely do you have the opportunity to work for national and international brands without having to uproot and move to London. We’re based near Birmingham but work with some of the biggest names you’ve heard of as well as future market leaders.

 

We’re looking for a confident account director who has a brilliant track record of developing strategic PR and social campaigns for delighted clients, alongside managing and inspiring team members to deliver outstanding results.

 

You will need to demonstrate a passion for bringing creativity to the complex and applying latest techniques to deliver meaningful work with commercially relevant results.  You will need a keen eye for the detail coupled with a strategic view of where your clients should be heading.

 

Your client relationship skills will be second-to-none and you’ll be passionate about mentoring juniors to ensure your qualities in this area are adopted.  As a senior hire within our award-winning and multi-disciplinary PR and Social team, you’ll also be adept at pitching for new business, spotting and converting opportunities to organically grow current clients, managing client finances and leading/inspiring a team.
