McCann Central is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to support a number of high profile accounts.

Our digital account management team is comprised of versatile marketers charged with driving growth and retention of our clients, whilst delivering world class digital products and solutions. 


What do we need from you?

At McCann, the account management team sits at the heart of all the work we do for our clients, who look to us to work with them as an extension of their teams. We are not just “account people.” That requires becoming intimate with all aspects of our client’s business, beyond just the work they hire us to do for them day-to-day. We represent the client’s voice inside the agency, while keeping an objective perspective on what’s right for their business and what will exceed their goals.

The ideal person therefore…

  • Has experience managing digital activity in a creatively driven agency and/or a technology or media platform company
  • Is comfortable working within a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Exhibits passion and curiosity for digital marketing and emerging trends in social, mobile, product and service innovation
  • Has proven account management experience in a digitally led role (we’re very open to this being part of a wider integrated marketing remit)
  • Has the initiative and charisma to initiate and present solutions; to provide strategic advice, oversight, and best practise; to challenge, reassure and lead in meetings; and to ensure that business is developed and delivered.
  • Understands and identify how and where digital programmes can add value, and is conversant with technical landscapes.
