Thanks to some fabulous new client wins the social media team at McCann Central is on the hunt for a brand-new account director.  If successful you’ll be joining one of the largest social media teams outside of London, and will work on a range of international and national brands from Black and Decker to Chupa Chups and Stanley tools to Sunseeker yachts (to name a few).

If you have at least 5 years’ experience working in agency (or in-house) leading social media strategy and delivery, then we want to hear from you. You’ll need to demonstrate exceptional social media knowledge and expertise, as well as excellent client handling skills.  You’ll be equally comfortable developing plans for existing clients, as you are pitching for new business.

The social media team is part of the wider McCann Central team, so you’ll work on integrated clients, as well as your own portfolio. You will have access to the latest social media tools, as well as direct access to the social channels themselves.  And with a fully resourced social team which includes paid specialists, content creators, social strategists, community managers and account handlers you’ll be joining one of the biggest social teams in the region.
