Leading the digital conversation

Digital technologies are increasingly impacting all areas of our lives.

As such, marketing experts are keen to better understand and optimise the potential of technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive modelling, robots and gamification within the marketing mix. Leading figures from the worlds of media, marketing, technology and creativity - including our own Ringo Moss, digital strategist at McCann Central – shared their views at a recent Chartered Institute of Marketing Midlands Creative Communications Group event in Birmingham. It looked closely at the latest digital marketing technologies, their impact on creativity and the challenge of putting humans first.

Ringo said: “We all live in a digital world. If harnessed correctly the latest advancements in programmatic media, AI, virtual worlds and robots offer endless possibilities to drive both results and creativity.
